Role Overview
As a Salesforce Architect, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to build scalable, secure, and high performing applications that improve business processes and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Sites Development: Design and develop custom Cloud Sites on Salesforce Experience Cloud to enhance digital experiences.
AgentForce Solutions: Implement and customize AgentForce to optimize sales and service workflows.
Web Applications & Portals: Develop and deploy web applications integrated with Salesforce Cloud, ensuring a seamless user experience.
UX Optimization: Work on responsive designs, optimizing user experience (UX) across multiple devices.
Salesforce Customization: Implement Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and API integrations to create custom functionalities.
Performance & Troubleshooting: Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of applications.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users, administrators, and development teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Security & Authentication: Ensure Salesforce security models and authentication mechanisms are properly implemented.
Salesforce Administration: Manage user roles, permissions, security settings, and configurations as needed.
Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain clear technical documentation and stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices.
Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, specifically with Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) and AgentForce.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
API Integrations: Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations with Salesforce.
Security & Performance: Knowledge of Salesforce security models, authentication mechanisms, and performance optimization.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Deployment & Release Management: Experience with Salesforce DX, Change Sets, and version control tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I, or Experience Cloud certifications.
Experience working in agile development environments.
Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado or Gearset
