Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Sales Specialist – B2B to join
Nebarex’s newly formed digital sales team. This role is pivotal as we bring our
internally developed digital solutions to market, targeting industry leaders in the
commodity supply chain and logistics sectors. The Digital Sales Specialist will be
responsible for driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and positioning
Nebarex as a trusted technology partner. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the
future of digital transformation in supply chain and logistics while working in a high growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement both short-term and long-term sales plans to achieve and
exceed revenue targets. - Identify, engage, and qualify potential B2B customers across the supply chain,
freight forwarding, and commodity logisticsindustries. - Lead outbound sales initiatives, generating and managing a robust sales pipeline.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers,
highlighting how Nebarex solutions address specific client needs. - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation through to negotiation,
closing, and follow-up. - Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance
sales strategies and align go-to-market activities. - Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems, tracking pipeline progress,
interactions, and outcomes. - Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for
upselling and cross-selling. - Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and digital innovations to
refine sales approaches and value propositions. - Represent Nebarex at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to
enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
Role Requirements
- Strong understanding of the supply chain and logistics industry, particularly
digital transformation in this space. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to
influence senior decision-makers. - Strong consultative selling skills, able to tailor approaches based on client needs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a growing sales team.
- Skilled in using CRM platforms to manage leads, track performance, and
forecast revenue. - Highly organized with strong analytical and market research abilities.
